Ensuring Equipment Meets Performance Standards with GLH QC Kit™

The GLH QC Kit offers a simple and accurate single-dye absorbance-based method that supports volumes from 1 nL to 10 mL, making it compatible with any liquid handling instrument—manual or automated, up to 1536 channels. It enables the confirmation of photometric accuracy, precision, and linearity of plate readers for NIST-traceability using the GLH Validation Reference Plate, while the GLH Verification Microplates ensure low diluent-dispense sensitivity. With the “Auto-Generate” feature for reference curves using 96-well and 384-well GLH Verification Microplates, it simplifies workflow. Additionally, the travel-friendly Absorbance 96 Reader, equipped with 96 detection units and four standard filters (425, 450, 998, and 630 nm, with custom UV and infrared wavelengths available), supports multi-lab locations with ease.

Workflow

Prep Plate

Dispense the reference plate and test plate with GLH QC Reagents and mix with plate shaker.

Read Plate

Simply scan the reference plate and the test plate, whether using our GLH QC Absorbance Mini Reader or your own plate reader.

Analyze and Report

GLHTracker software streamlines the entire workflow providing quality-compliant pass/fail results and detailed data for troubleshooting and optimization.

Young Scientist Shows How Easy It at SLAS 2018

We love working with young scientists, from primary school to college, sharing our knowledge and giving back to the community.

At SLAS 2018, a senior manager from a leading Laboratory Automation manufacturer challenged the ease and effectiveness of our GLH QC Cal Kit. In response, we had one of our young scientists, Lucas, demonstrate its use with their instrument. In this video, seven-year-old Lucas showcases how the kit helps him with pipetting and liquid handling, proving its simplicity and precision. This video inspired many young scientists to follow in his footsteps.

As an educational distributor, we supply science lab equipment and resources for K-12 and college programs. If your school or students are interested in sponsorships, educational challenges, or learning more about science, please contact us.

Innovation Award SLAS 2018

Automation Trainer was honored as an Innovation Awardee at SLAS 2018, receiving a complimentary exhibition space on the Innovation Avenue floor. We also had the opportunity to present our elevator pitch and showcase our work with Roche, Progenity, Abcam, Berlin FMP, and Stanford University during the LRIG late-night session.
